FFADO 2.4.2 released

FFADO version 2.4.2 is now available. This is a bugfix release with a small number of changes mostly associated with the use of python3 and (when building) scons3.

This is a source-only release: libffado-2.4.2.tgz.

Issues addressed in this release include:

Always use Qt5 if python3 is in use (mostly affects systems with both Qt4 and Qt5 available under python3).
Fix some lingering build issues under scon3 and python3.
Detect and handle the Hygon Dhyana processor during the build process.
