How do I connect to my NRV 10 Mixer

How do I connect to my M-audio mixer. I installed everything, that the installation page said to and installed with no errors. But I can’t still get it to work. I install wine and installed the windows driver. Still no go. What"s the secret to get it to work?? Thanks.
