Q: My device doesn’t work.
A: One reason could be that you don’t have the most recent firmware installed. You need version 1.15 (at this moment available here: http://www.esi-audiotechnik.com/download/ESI/QuataFire_610/…).

Q: Why can’t I select S/PDIF as clock source on my QuataFire610?
A: The QuataFire610 automatically switches to S/PDIF as clock source once it detects a valid S/PDIF signal. Note that the sample rate of the S/PDIF signal has to match the sample rate specified on the device.
