Free Firewire Audio Drivers

Since it is a rather simple device (from the FireWire point of view), I think it has a good chance to work.
the d.2pro is running for ca. 10 seconds in jack.
i started qjackctl and choose driver = firewire.
after pressing start, it runns and i can see the connections (14 inputs and 6 outputs)
in the messenger window i can see the name of the in and outputs.
after 10 seconds it stops with the message NT cannot load driver.
thanx for help
